A320 captains/first officers Indian nationals, A320 captains and first officers below the age of 62, with current licenses and ratings
2. Transition captainsIndian nationals with a minimum of 2500 hours of experience (1000 hours PIC on commercial multi-engine jets or 2000 PIC on commercial multiengine turboprops).
Current Indian licenses and IR.
3. Transition first officers:Indian nationals with a minimum of 500 hours of experience, of which 250 must be on commercial multi-engine jets.
4. Entry-level pilotsIndian nationals holding a current India CL (or higher category license) FRTO, RTR, and class 1 medical, with instrument rating on FAR/JAR 25 multi-engine aircraft. Multi-engine aircraft experience of at least 5 hours is required, 10 hours of which maybe on an approved multi-engine simulator.
5. Flight dispatchersDGCA-qualified flight dispatchers, with a thorough knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, navigation and communication facilities, air traffic procedures, meteorology and AOM with at least 3 years of previous airline experience in a similar capacity. Should be proficient in English and familiar with Windows XP/MS Office. Candidates with valid DGCA Flight Dispatcher authorization on A320 aircraft and experience/knowledge of operations control and flight operations will be preferred.
6. Customer security agents/executives/supervisorsGraduates with good communication skills, well-versed in English, Hindi and their regional language Must be able to work in a 24X7 environment. Candidates with prior experience in Aviation Security who have successfully qualified in Basic Aviation Security and Screener Certification courses will be considered for executive/supervisory positions.
7. Load control agents/executives/supervisorsGraduates with experience in load control (in the aviation field) and good communication skills. Must be ale to work in 24X7 environment. Candidates with a Load & trim license for A320 aircraft will be preferred.
8. Ramp agents/executives/supervisorsGraduates with a pleasant personality and good communication skills. Must be able to work in a 24X7 environment. Candidates with prior experience and familiarity with ramp processes will be considered for executives/supervisors posts.
9. Customer services agents/executives/supervisorsGraduates with pleasing personalities and strong communication skills. Must be able to work in a 24X7 work environment. They should be well versed in English, Hindi and their regional language. Candidates with prior experience in the aviation field will be considered for executive/supervisor posts.
10. Managers/deputy managers/deputy engineers (avionics)Candidates holding a valid Cat V license for the A320 family of aircraft will be eligible for duty engineer/deputy manager/manager positions, depending on experience and qualification.
11. AME/senior AME trainees (avionics)Candidates should have a BAMEL issued by the DGCA in all three categories (electrical/instruments/radio). A valid AME licence for jet aircraft in one or more of the above categories (and certifying experience of not less than 2 years) is desirable. Selected candidates will be put through an Approved Manufacturers training course for the A320 scheduled to start in June 2006.
12. In-flight cabin attendantsFemale, Indian nationals ages 18-25 years. Graduates preferred, 10+2 acceptable. Fluent in Hindi and English. Minimum height requirement=157 cms with proportionate weight. Well-groomed with a clear complexion. Mature and positive personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
13. senior cabin attendantsA minimum of one year's flying experience. Strong leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
